Contracts for RPAS VTOL Services for Emissions Monitoring and Maritime Surveillance
The objective of this call for tender is to contract Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) services in the civil maritime domain in support of Emissions Monitoring and Maritime Surveillance activities. The provision of cost-efficient RPAS services in the maritime domain should include assets, tools and relevant expert staff to pilot the RPA, capture and disseminate the data.
VTOL RPAS for Emissions Monitoring
Lot 1 will focus on emissions monitoring. The RPAS platforms must be able to take-off and land from shore and will focus on short range operations.
A possible first renewal for one year and then a possible second renewal for another one year period if requested by EMSA.
VTOL RPAS for Maritime Surveillance
Lot 2 will focus on maritime surveillance. The RPAS platforms must be able to take-off and land vertically from shore or from vessels operated by the users and will focus on short range operations.
A possible first renewal for 1 year and then a possible second renewal for another 1 year period if requested by EMSA.
