Monitoring Services for the Water Quality in the Inner Drammensfjord
The objective of the tender competition is to enter a contract for the implementation of joint monitoring services of the water quality in the Inner Drammensfjord on behalf of the municipal treatment plants with refined sewage water emissions to the Inner Drammensfjord, as well as the sediment clearing project “Ren Drammensfjord” (“Pure Drammensfjord”). The estimated contract value for 2019 is 1 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT.
Option for implementation in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
The value of the “Ren Drammensfjord” project's contribution to the monitoring programme is dependent on funding from the Norwegian Environment Agency. The value can be changed due to the actual allocated funding. The value of the next year's monitoring service is uncertain as it is based on assessments of needs after the results from 2019 are ready, and the annual allocated funding for the project. Contract: SSA-O (the Government Standard Terms and Conditions, section O).
The contract shall be governed by the attached contract documentation, with the accompanying standard contractual terms.
The contract is expected to be initiated 31.5.2019 and applies to monitoring services with the presentation of a final report in 2019. Option for implementation in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The Contracting Authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.
The Contracting Authority will enter into a contract with one (1) tenderer.
The Contracting Authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.

Requirements regarding the tenderer´s economic and financial standing: The financial capacity to fulfil the contract is required.
