List and brief description of conditions:

The Contractor must have the power to the exercise of a profession or activity, under the Law of 3 July 2002, the Aviation Law Act (i.e.: Journal of Laws 2013, item 1393, as amended) and the implementing acts, within the scope of the present contract, i.e. to operate air services within the scope of photogrammetry.

The fulfilment of the above requirements, the contractor will present before awarding the contract, if this offer has been assessed (in accordance with the maximum. VI, point 4 of the terms of reference), the Air Operator Certificate (AWC in category AW4) together with the, issued by the President of the Civil Aviation Office, for air services within the scope of photogrammetry.
