The work includes extensions, repairs, alterations to rooms due to changes of use, general maintenance, and ongoing operation. This can also include the delivery of building parts and fixtures.

General work can be, amongst other things:

• repairs/replacement of facades and roofs;

• demolition/construction of internal walls;

• demolition/construction of ceilings and floors;

• sound and post-insulation work for ceilings, floors and walls;

• repairs/replacement of doors and windows made of wood and steel;

III.1)Conditions for participation
III.1.2)Economic and financial standing
List and brief description of selection criteria:

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic capacity to fulfil the contract. The required financial capacity will be assessed in relation to the contract's value, services, risk and length.

Documentation: credit rating from a certified credit rating agency, based on the last fiscal figures.

The key figures in the accounts must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment history.

III.1.3)Technical and professional ability
List and brief description of selection criteria:

Experience from similar assignments is required — reference projects:

Tenderers must have sufficient experience from the execution of equivalent

Deliveries/comparable assignments for the sub-contract(s) that qualification is being submitted for.

Documentation: a list with an overview and a description of the tenderer's up to five most relevant assignments in the last 3 years per contract area that tenders are being submitted for.

The list/description must, as a minimum, contain:

• name of customer/recipient;

• scope of assignment;

• description of the company's role;

• the value of the assignment;

• the delivery date;

• a brief description of the delivery;

• the personnel's experience with the assignment.

It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to competence in the personnel they have at their disposal and who they can use for this assignment, even if the experience was gained whilst the personnel were working for another supplier.

The attached template for references must be used, see part I, annex 5.

Capacity requirement: tenderers must be able to use sufficient capacity and competence for the assignments under the contract.

Documentation:

(a) description of the company's staff and organisation as regards fulfilment of the framework agreement's requirements;

(b) a description and the number of the tenderer's qualified personnel that the tenderer can use for fulfilment of the contract, including an overview of personnel with certificates of apprenticeship and competence within the relevant discipline, c.f., annex 1 point 2 'Capacity'.

Quality management requirement: tenderers must have implemented and have good routines for quality management.

Documentation: documentation must be given in one of the following ways:

Alternative 1: a short description of the company's implemented routines for quality management, with an emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, the management's responsibilities and continual analysis and improvements.

Alternative 2: if tenderers have an ISO 9001:2000 certificate or equivalent, this will be sufficient to document fulfilment of the requirement.

Experience:

Particular terms for electrician services within heavy current (sub-contract 2): tenderers must substantiate experience from installation work within heavy current, as well as experience in connecting ships to land electricity and connecting/operating voltage transformers.

Particular terms for electrician services within low current (sub-contract 3): tenderers must substantiate experience with installations of the following: ARX access control, fire alarm exchanges, harbour systems (land electricity system), burglary alarm installations, IT infrastructure, fibre installations, camera surveillance.

The contract will contain requirements related to wages and working conditions, documentation and sanctions in accordance with the regulations dated 8 February 2008 No 112 regarding wages and work conditions in public contracts. The contract will include a requirement for the use of apprentices (does not apply to sub-contract 7 roofing and flashing and guttering services, and 9 machine contractor services — light equipment, due to the size of the contract).
