National Framework for Major Works (2nd Edition)
To establish a framework of contractors capable of providing major works construction and refurbishments within the UK for the Public Sector. The framework will cover, but not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing builds, multi-complex builds, works covering the railway industry, etc. It is proposed that the term of this Framework Agreement will be for a period of 3 years from April 2020, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure.
Lot 1: 5 000 000 GBP to 15 000 000 GBP
This lot is for the procurement of works projects between 5 000 000 GBP and 15 000 000 GBP.
Lot 2: 15 000 000 GBP to 50 000 000 GBP
This lot is for the procurement of works projects between 15 000 000 GBP and 50 000 000 GBP.
Lot 3: 50 000 000 GBP and Above
This lot is for the procurement of works projects 50 000 000 GBP or more.

Pagabo have a consultation period running from 10th April to the end of July. The consultation will run alongside the major works consultation period and be with both the consultant market place and Pagabo’s current Public Sector Clients. Consultation with the consultant market place shall take place on the following dates across the UK:
— North: 7th May Carriage Works, Leeds Maximum of 45 people,
— Northern Ireland: 16th May Titanic Hotel, Belfast Maximum of 65 people,
— Scotland: 4th June Jurys Inn, Edinburgh Maximum of 40 people,
— South West and Wales: 11th June Mercure Holland House, Bristol Maximum of 45 people,
— South: 12th June CIEE Global Institute, London Maximum of 45 people.
