Ausgeschrieben werden Natursteinarbeiten an der denkmalgeschützten Fassade der Stiftskirche St. Servatii in Quedlinburg im Zuge des Projekts zur Entwicklung und Neuausrichtung des Stiftsberges in Quedlinburg. Dabei handelt es sich um Bereiche der Außenfassade des Seitenschiffs Nord, dem Hohen Gaden Nord und Süd sowie der Fassade des Hohen Chors. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Sanierung und Instandsetzung der verwitterten Mauerwerksfassaden in den beschriebenen Bereichen. Für Arbeiten an den Fassaden ist ein Gerüst sowie ein Materialaufzug bauseitig gestellt.

Die Leistung beinhaltet unter anderem:

— 137 m2 Schutzabdeckung Bauteile mit Folie,

— 300 m2 Schutzabdeckung Bauteile mit Malerflies,

— 40 Stk. Rückbau Maueranker,

— 60 m Blitzableiter demontieren,

— 51 m Fallrohr demontieren,

— 3,00 m3 Ersatzmaterial Naturstein liefern / zurichten,

— 2,00 m3 Steinmetzmäßiges Versetzen Sockelsteine,

— 4,00 m3 lose Teile / schadhaftes Mauerwerk Reparatur,

— 22 Stk. steinmetzmäßige Sicherung / Bearbeitung Fenstergewände,

— 16,0 m2 Mauerabgleich Pfeilerköpfe, Steine Verankern und verfugen,

— 1 240 m2 Erneuerung Fugennetz,

— 75 m Risse Handverfugung,

— 300 Stk. Einlegen Fugennadeln,

— 1 240 m2 steinmetzmäßige Sicherung / Bearbeitung Fugenflanken,
