Provision of Web usability services.
The aim of the contract resulting from this call for tenders is to contract a provider to ensure that all Web products and services developed or adapted by or for Eurofound are designed and developed considering users' needs and according to a high standard of usability.
Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: tasks are to be performed at the premises designated by the contractor and agreed by Eurofound.
The services included in this contract are:
— usability studies on current and future Eurofound websites, applications and products,
— evaluations, recommendations and practical proposals for the improvement or redesign of websites, applications and products,
— organisation and provision of face-to-face and online usability workshops with Agency staff and/or main stakeholders.

Calls are open to natural and legal persons from European Union Member States and from countries which have signed a special agreement with the EU in the field of public procurement. Consult Web page for information.

Tenders will be opened at the offices of Eurofound, room number LH5.
1 person representing the tenderer may be present at the opening; participation will be restricted to an observer role. Please advise Ms Lidia Jankowska in advance if you intend to be present at the opening of tenders.
Section VI: Complementary information
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have as an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period for lodging appeals.
