The provision of digitising and remote sensing activities on behalf of RPA at non RPA premises for the purposes of updating and implementing changes to the Land Management System (LMS) in compliance with the European Union Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS) quality assurance standards.
Services may commence as soon as practicable on a phased roll-out basis following contract award which maybe from October 2014 and at full anticipated volumes from January 2015.

A Supplier Information Day will be held on 12 June 2014, at Rural Payments Agency, North Gate House, Reading RG1 1AF.
The purpose of the Supplier Information Day is to provide a forum for potential suppliers of all sizes to gain a broad understanding of the requirements and emerging plans of RPA's future Land Management System (LMS) strategy. It will also be an opportunity to share and gain feedback which may be used to shape and refine the proposition before the formal procurement commences.
It should be noted that any information provided on our current thinking should be considered formative in nature and no decision on the future solution or commercial approach has yet been agreed.
