The scope of this call for tenders is the supply of mobile telecommunication services and associated services such as the provision of mobile telecommunication products and other related services.

The scope of the contract shall cover the following areas:

— mobile telephony services: calling (including voice, voicemail and conference call), supplementary services (including call forwarding and call transfer) and messaging and multimedia services (including SMS, EMS and MMS),

— mobile Internet services: Internet access, e-mail over Internet and Internet telephony.
