EASME wishes to enter into a service contract aiming at fostering collaboration through interconnecting selected entrepreneurial ecosystems across the European Union in order to enable more innovation driven start-ups and SMEs to scale across Europe and globally. For this purpose, the present action will tap into the expertise of the EER labelled regions, identifying practices which can be transferred to other regions and building on them to fill gaps existing in different regions as well as finding synergies and complementarities through closer collaboration in areas identified as crucial.

This will be done through mapping, analysing and interlinking EER labelled regions; tenderers will identify strategic topic areas and consequently develop and implement concrete action plans to foster collaboration and boost synergies.
