II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The purpose of the procurement procedure is to award a contract for the supply, installation and commissioning of the main stage ballet floor for the Finnish National Opera and Ballet.

The Contracting Authority in this procurement procedure is Senate Properties. Senate Properties is a state enterprise operating under the Finnish state enterprises act and under the aegis of the Finnish Ministry of Finance and responsible for the maintenance of the National Opera House (Kansallisooppera) where the ballet floor will be installed.

The Contracting Authority and the awarded tenderer are expected to sign the contract on the supply of the ballet floor in June 2017. The first installation/assembly will take place during the summer shutdown of the Opera house in June — July 2018.

The scope of the procurement is described in more detail in the procurement documents.
