groupement de commandes relatif à la réalisation de prestations de contrôles et de maintenance réglementaires obligatoires. La consultation porte sur le lot 12. Ce lot fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire fractionné à bons de commande sans minimum et avec montant maximum annuel de 200 000 euro (H.T.). A titre accessoire, cet accord-cadre pourra également être exécuté en partie par la conclusion de marchés subséquents pour des besoins spécifiques qui ne sont pas identifiés dans l'accord-cadre mais correspondant au périmètre des prestations du lot à savoir notamment l'intégration de nouveau site en cours d'exécution. Cet accord-cadre prendra effet à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée d'un an, reconductible tacitement trois fois, soit pour une durée maximale de quatre ans
