Organisation of Events
Events organisation and flanking communication services.
Tasks to be carried out by the future contractor:
Task 1: defining an event concept;
Task 2: overall coordination of the project;
Task 3: developing and implementing a communication strategy for the event;
Task 4: participant management and on-site services;
Task 5: venue search and renting, dressing up, catering, security;
Task 6: moderators, trainers search and contracting;
Task 7: audio-visual and IT equipment;
Task 8: transport, shipping and storage of conference materials;
Task 9: secretarial support.
The contract will be concluded for an initial duration of 12 months from the date of its signature. The contract can be renewed automatically 3 times for 12 months each, unless one of the parties receives formal notifications to the contrary at least 2 months before the end of the ongoing duration. Renewal does not change or postpone any existing obligations.
