Gender Equality Prospects in Labour Markets Transformed by Artificial Intelligence and Platform Work
The main objective of this procedure is to select the best proposal for the study that will serve as a basis for EIGE’s report to the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the EU in the second semester of 2021. The study to be carried out under this contract shall focus on the implementation of three strategic objectives of the BPfA in area F ‘Women and the Economy’ namely: F1 relating to women’s economic rights and independence, F5 addressing occupational segregation and F6 relating to work-life balance.
Specific objective 1: In view of the European approach to AI and the EU Strategy for Gender Equality 2020-2025, increased understanding of AI-related transformation the labour market, employment relationships, working conditions, work organisation and content from gender perspective;
Specific objective 2: In view of the European agenda for the collaborative economy, increased understanding of working conditions and work patterns of women and men engaged in platform work from gender perspective;
Specific objective 3: In view of the European Pillar of Social Rights and the Directive 2019/1152 on transparent and predictable working conditions, increased understanding of platform work regulatory challenges, their implications for gender equality and EU and national policy approaches aimed at tackling them.

Section IV: Procedure
Authorised representative of each tenderer may attend the opening of the bids as an observer. Companies are requested to notify their intention at the latest 2 working days in advance to the contact address indicated in Section I) of this notice with a notification containing the ref. number of the procedure.
Section VI: Complementary information
Within 2 months of the notification of the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to knowledge. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have as an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period for lodging appeals.
