The EEA premises, located at Kongens Nytorv 6 and 8, 1050 Copenhagen, DENMARK are covering approximately 9 900 square meters and hosting around 200 staff in total. The purpose of this call for tenders is to establish a framework contract with a service provider that will be able to offer a wide spectrum of building repair and maintenance services in the following areas: electrical work, plumbing, carpentry/joinery, painting and decorating, flooring, plastering for the premises of the European Environment Agency.

This website will be updated regularly and it is the tenderer's responsibility to check for updates and modifications during the tendering period. With a view to assist tenderers with submitting a tender, the EEA envisages to organise a site visit. Interested tenderers are required to send an e-mail to procurement@eea.europa.eu by 30.5.2017 with the subject line: ‘Site visit for EEA/ADS/17/007’ with name of the person attending. The site visit will take place within 10 days of that date and the EEA will send a consolidated invitation to all interested tenderers with the visit details.
