The scope of this procurement procedure is the provision of hospitality, conference and related services for the Europol main Premises. Some services may be provided in the temporary satellite building(s) situated in the close vicinity of Europol main Premises.
Europol wishes to procure the following services:
(1) Regular services;
(2) Support services upon request;
(3) Management of Europol’s Gift shop.

Description of options:
Europol may, during the 3 years following the conclusion of the (initial) contract, have recourse to the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a Contract Notice (Annex I, point 11.1.e) of the financial regulation applicable to the general budget of the Union (FR) for new services similar to those assigned to the party awarded this contract by the same Contracting Authority.
This option may be used if Europol’s hospitality and conference services needs increase in comparison with the estimation made before the start of the procurement procedure. The increase may not exceed 50 % of the initial estimated value of the framework contract.
