The contract proposed under this call for tenders concerns the delivery of external assistance services in relation to the selection of middle and senior managers in the EEAS. There are four parts to the assistance of services, which must be provided by the same contractor:
A) provision of assessment of management skills of candidates for middle and senior management positions through Assessment Centres;
B) provision of an exercise to assess managerial competencies (case study or similar) for selection procedures for management positions in the EEAS;
C) provision of consultancy services in relation to the selection of managers in the EEAS;
D) provision for training of the selection panel members.
