Leicester City Council invites tenders for the provision of a temporary ice rink which is to be a fundamental part of Leicester City Centres Christmas offering.

The proposed contract will be for 1 year with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further 4 years. This is subject to satisfactory performance following assessment at annual review. Performance will be reviewed against KPIs (key performance indicators) which will be discussed with the successful supplier post award.
