For the initial duration of 24 months, the contractor will organise exchanges for at least 450 experts in conformity with the present specifications, maximising the number of countries involved and the diversity of technical expertise exchanged. A minimum of 375 experts shall come from participating states. The number of exchanges of experts from eligible third countries shall be of a minimum of 50 places and a maximum of 75 places.
