This contract will support the Commission's role in monitoring the implementation of EU targets and legislation in Member States in the field of social protection and social inclusion. Furthermore, it will support the Commission's role in monitoring the social situation in candidate and potential candidate countries and provide the Commission with ad hoc analyses on third countries in case of need. Finally, it will provide secretarial support to MISSOC (Mutual Information System on Social Protection).
