II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The subject of the contract will be the provision of ICT services related to interactive web applications: consulting, elicitation of user requirements, construction of web applications, corrective and evolutionary maintenance (i.e. implement minor improvements and bug fixes), technical support, custom web programming, database development, documentation, and project management. The technologies to be used are mainly Drupal, PHP, MySQL and Microsoft SQL databases, however additional technologies may be applied as proposed by the contractor for a needed solution. Additionally, the services needed are business analysis of needs and requirements coming from business, make-or-buy analysis, market survey for the selection of a solution either COTS (Commercial Off-The-shelf software) or open-source and the provision of corresponding support for the solution’s deployment and use.
