Interactive Web Applications Development and Support
Provision of ICT services related to development, maintenance and support of web applications as well as related information systems. The volume of services for 4 years is estimated at 800 person-days.
The subject of the contract will be the provision of ICT services related to interactive web applications: consulting, elicitation of user requirements, construction of web applications, corrective and evolutionary maintenance (i.e. implement minor improvements and bug fixes), technical support, custom web programming, database development, documentation, and project management. The technologies to be used are mainly Drupal, PHP, MySQL and Microsoft SQL databases, however additional technologies may be applied as proposed by the contractor for a needed solution. Additionally, the services needed are business analysis of needs and requirements coming from business, make-or-buy analysis, market survey for the selection of a solution either COTS (Commercial Off-The-shelf software) or open-source and the provision of corresponding support for the solution’s deployment and use.
To be automatically renewed up to three (3) times, each for an additional period of one (1) year, (1 + 1 + 1 + 1).
Cedefop shall be closed from 29 April 2021 until 3 May 2021 included.

Due to Covid-19 outbreak, the public opening of tenders will take place virtually. Tenderers having expressed their interest to participate in the virtual opening will receive further instructions. Tenderers not present at the virtual opening session but who wish to be provided with the information announced during the public opening may send their request to C4T-Services@cedefop.europa.eu
Section VI: Complementary information
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have as an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period for lodging appeals.
