Diese Rahmenvereinbarung hat eine Mindestvertragslaufzeit von 24 Monaten. Der Vertrag verlängert sich nach Ablauf dieser Mindestvertragslaufzeit automatisch - maximal zweimalig - um weitere 12 Monate, es sei denn, der Auftraggeber kündigt 3 Monate vor Ablauf der jeweiligen Laufzeit schriftlich. Die Maximallaufzeit des Vertrages beträgt 4 Jahre (48 Monate).
