Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

OIL must ensure continuity of services, during the extended period of preparation for a new procedure. In order to be able to provide the services until the signature of the new contract, the existing specific contracts will be extended by addendum until 16.5.2022, which is the deadline for carrying out the services permitted by the framework contract.
