Achizitia de Diverse Produse Alimentare pentru structurile functionale din subordine ale D.G.A.S.P.C. Buzau din Buzau, Rm. Sarat, Pogoanele, Smeeni, Vintila Voda si Stilpu. Termenul limita pentru depunerea solicitarilor de clarificari de catre operatorii economici: cu 6 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta nu raspunde solicitarilor de clarificari postate dupa termenul limita mai sus mentionat.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Achizitia de Diverse Produse Alimentare pentru structurile functionale din subordine ale D.G.A.S.P.C. Buzau din Buzau, Rm. Sarat, Pogoanele, Smeeni, Vintila Voda si Stilpu. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: Contractele subsecvente acordului-cadru se vor incheia de regula lunar/trimestrial/semestrial/anual, in functie de buget si de necesitatile institutiei. Valoarea estimata a acordului cadru pentru o perioada de 24 luni este de minim 595.698,25 lei fara TVA si maxim 1.958.460,00 lei fara TVA. Valoarea totala maxima estimata a contractului s-a determinat prin luarea in considerare a variantei in care autoritatea contractanta opteaza pentru suplimentarea la nivelul maxim prevazut a cantitatii de Conserve de Legume si fructe pentru structurile functionale din subordine ale D.G.A.S.P.C. Buzau din Buzau, Rm. Sarat, Pogoanele, Smeeni, Vintila Voda si Stilpu.

Valoarea estimata (LEI fara TVA) a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care se anticipeaza ca va fi atribuit pe durata acordului cadru este: – 595.698,25 lei fara TVA. Valoarea estimata (LEI fara TVA) a celui mai mic contract subsecvent care se anticipeaza ca va fi atribuit pe durata acordului cadru este:– 81.480,05 lei.
