Plane and Ground Safety Course — Open Tender Contest
A competence package will be procured for different preventive and investigation courses within planes and ground safety.
The competene package must include different courses to achieve the required competence within plane and ground safety for the plane safety organisation in the Air Force and in an accident investigation board. The courses must be held in the tenderer's premises and at the contracting authority in Norway. See the attached tender documentation for further information.
Option for an extension for up to two (2) years.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate;
Foreign companies: confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery, including satisfactory profit ratio, liquidity ratio and equity ratio. The tenderer's annual financial statements (including notes with the Boards and auditor's reports) from the last 2 years.
Tenderers must have good experience from comparable assignments. Overview of the tenderer's three most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. In order to ensure sufficient competition, documentation of deliveries that the tenderer carried out more than 3 years ago can also be taken into consideration. The overview must include an indication of each assignment's value, date, recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address), and a general description of the delivery.
