Dit betreft de Europese openbare aanbesteding van het LUMC voor het sluiten van een overeenkomst met één opdrachtnemer (s) voor grote medewerker monitor, een continue in- en uitstroommonitor en tussendoor vier tot acht verdiepende metingen.

De aanbesteding geschiedt volgens de openbare procedure (de openbare procedure is een aanbestedingsprocedure met maar één ronde, waarop iedere ondernemer mag inschrijven) conform de Europese richtlijn voor overheidsopdrachten 2004/18/EG en de daaruit voortvloeiende "Aanbestedingswet 2012" van 1.11.2012.

— Koppelen en analyseren van de data (uitkomsten c.q. responsresultaten) en het trekken van logische verbanden m.b.t. deze data en vervolgens hierover advies uitbrengen,

— Opstellen van rapportages per team voor ongeveer 9 000 medewerkers.
