AO 10783 ‘Provision of services related to the Business Continuity Plan for Publications Office Managed Services’
The purpose of the call for tenders is the selection of one economic operator for the provision of managed business continuity services related to the information systems and services of the Publications Office, including OP PORTAL, TED and CORDIS.
The main place of performance of the tasks shall be the contractor's premises or any other place indicated in the tender.
The services to be provided are:
Service 1: Overall Service Requirements,
Service 2: Business Continuity Services,
Service 3: Project Services,
Service 4: BC Setup (Takeover),
Service 5: Handover.

Section IV: Procedure
Because of the complexity of the project as it comprises three managed services (OP Portal, TED, CORDIS), the setup periods of up to 7 months and the novelty of the project (it is the first BCP contract for managed services in the Publications Office), the contract duration was set at 72 months.

Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge of the plaintiff. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have as an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period for lodging appeals.
