II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Forsvaret og Forsvarsmateriell (the Norwegian Armed Forces and the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency) use SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and Integrated planning (IP) to support reporting and annual/multi-year planning.

The purpose of this procurement is to procure necessary software so that the current SAP BW solution (including BWA. BEx and SAP integrated planning) can be replaced with new more timely and efficient solutions and provide the possibility of implementing new functionality.

The procurement includes purchase/lease of necessary software (including maintenance and expansion access) and options for assistance with development, implementation and converting.

III.1)Conditions for participation
III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
List and brief description of conditions:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

III.1.2)Economic and financial standing
List and brief description of selection criteria:

Tenderers must have the required economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

The tenderer must have good experience with establishing control systems on the offered technology. The tenderer must have experience from conversion of data and reports from SAP BW to the offered software. The tenderer must be able to document reference customers, and if possible, the customer's experiences with implemented solutions. Tenderers must be able to document experience with size-assessments and optimising and tuning of performance on servers and data storage (database) in order to support data warehouse and control systems. The tenderer description of the assignments must show the requirements are met. The descriptions must as a minimum contain the tenderer's three most relevant assignments during the last three years. The description must include a statement of:

— brief description of the delivery;

— the assignment value;

— date;

— recipient (name, telephone number and email address);

— it is the tenderer’s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
