FSP FMA IKT 2021-001 Course Cisco IP Telephony
The defence sector needs to optimise its video and speech services in order to develop a new landline telephony system based on Cisco IP telephony. The system will consist of a full cluster with Cisco Unified Communications Managers (CUCM). The Norwegian Defence needs relevant training for operational personnel and service desk personnel in a transition period from analogue telephony to IP telephony.
The aim of this procurement is to establish a contract with a tenderer to cover the defence sector's need for Cisco IP telephony training for operational personnel and service desk personnel. The tenderer(s) are to provide course packages for training personnel.
The contract must ensure that the training fulfils the contracting authority's need in the contract period. The aim is to establish a contract with one tenderer with a need to enter into a contract from August 2021. The contract will be valid for 1 year, with an option for two extensions of 1 year.
The concrete amount will depend on the associated parties' changing need in the contract period. Tenderers cannot submit a tender for parts of the scope.
The scope is detailed in Annex 1 The contracting authority's requirements specification, which describes the services that will apply for the award of contract.
