Die Aufgaben des Logistikers wurden lediglich in den Vorbemerkungen beschrieben und nicht im LV als Positionen aufgeführt. Um die Koordination und den reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren, ist ein Logistikkkordinator als zusätzliche Leistung notwendig. Die Firma KBS wurde beauftragt, da die Firma als ursprünglicher Auftragnehmer für die Baustellenlogistik zuständig ist. Ein Auftragnehmerwechsel würde an dieser Stelle zu erhöhten Schnittstellen und Abstimmungsbedarf im Bereich der Baustellensicherheit führen.
