In accordance with Article 134(1)(f) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 of 29.10.2012, the Court of the Justice may use a negotiated procedure for the award of new services consisting in the repetition of services similar to those entrusted to the contractor awarded the initial contract. Such a procedure may only be used during a period of 3 years following conclusion of the original contract.
For tenders delivered to the Court's premises, the timetable given in the invitation to tender must be adhered to.
