Technical facility management for the premises of the EU House in Budapest, Hungary.
House of the European Union, Budapest, Lövőház utca 35., 1024, HUNGARY.
The contract concerns the full hard facilities management services for the operation and the maintenance of the engineering and electronic systems of the building (and the exclusively used areas where applicable); including the preventive periodic maintenance, building inspection, repairs and handyman services, and ad hoc interventions and building repairs, this all in compliance with national legislation and existing warranties.
The contract may be renewed up to 4 times. The overall maximum duration is 5 years.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Tenders may be submitted by groupings of service providers who will not be required to adopt a specific legal form prior to the contract being awarded. If a grouping is awarded the contract, it may have to take on a particular legal form if this is necessary in order to be responsible for the receipt of processing of payments for members of the grouping as well as for management and coordination of the service.
Payment for services (standard regular services and additional services) will be made every month in the manner set out in the draft contract, on presentation of a proper invoice drawn up in conformity with national law and all substantiating documents mentioning the services performed during the month in question, notably the written request of the contracting authority for additional services.
