The maximum value of the framework agreement has been increased by 400 000 EUR. Therefore, the new maximum value of the framework agreement is 6 400 000 EUR.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
The value and duration of the contract had to be increased due to unforeseeable delays in the finalisation of the ongoing replacement call for tenders and due to the need of ensuring no interruption in the essential services provided under this framework agreement.
