Learning and Development
CSHR and CCS intend to establish a commercial vehicle(s) for learning and development services.
The commercial vehicle(s) will deliver blended learning solutions for some or all the following (this list is not exhaustive and could be subject to change):
— a common, centralised curriculum offer across the civil service including but not limited to leadership and management, change management and personal effectiveness (eg. diversity and inclusion, and resilience and wellbeing), providing a range of products/services,
— professions/functions/specialisms including but not limited to project management, commercial skills, financial management, digital skills, “International” learning,
— learning and development consultancy services,
— executive coaching,
— support infrastructure and services which may include, administration, scheduling, bookings, venues, evaluation, management information reporting and analysis, sourcing and procurement, supply chain management and invoicing of services purchased.

The purpose of this PIN is to:
— give advance notice that CSHR working in partnership with CCS, is intending to undertake tendering exercise to set up new contracting vehicle(s) to service Central Government organisations for learning development requirements,
— gauge the market interest by identifying suppliers who would like to participate in an industry day (London venue TBC). The purpose of this day is to explain the business requirement and procurement strategy options in more detail. It will provide an opportunity for suppliers to engage, ask questions, seek feedback, and input into the contracting strategy.

Details of the “Industry day” will be provided upon receipt of your email. Dates are 21.5.2019 and 22.5.2019.
Deadline for responses to be included in the industry day is 2:00 p.m. on Friday 17.5.2019. Please note there is a maximum number of 2 attendees per organisation. If you are unable to attend this event, but still wish to engage with CSHR/CCS on the project, please email email@example.com explaining this.
Please use “RM6145 — Industry day” as the subject title on all email correspondence.
The Authority reserves the right to present the requirement in the form of separate lot(s), where it determines that this is appropriate to do so.
The lotting structure of this commercial vehicle will be determined as a result of the market engagement.
