In light of the Covid-19 situation, Europol may decide to:

(i) postpone the opening session (taking into account the validity of the offers); and/or

(ii) organise an opening session via a video conference ensuring that the representatives of the tenderers have been identified.

Maximum one representative per tenderer. For security reasons, tenderers must register within the given deadline (please see the Invitation to Tender and Tender Specifications) to be allowed to attend the opening session.
