The purpose of this invitation to tender is to conclude a framework contract for the provision of interpretation services for a period of 12 months, renewable three times.

This invitation to tender will be awarded in the form of a cascade framework service contract with a maximum of 3 economic operators, subject to a sufficient number of compliant tenders.

The framework contract will cover the provision of interpretation services (simultaneous, consecutive or whispered) for meetings in Lille and Valenciennes, but also and mainly for meetings and conferences organised by the Agency in other European Union countries.
