II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

This request for proposal is for the purposes of obtaining proposals from suppliers for provision of consultancy services to advise ECMWF in all legal matters which may potentially arise in conjunction with the establishment of a cloud computing infrastructure at ECMWF. ECMWF is seeking to enter into call-off contract with an external counsel, or a law firm, or a team of counsels. The external counsel will advise ECMWF in all legal matters which may potentially arise in conjunction with the European Weather Cloud pilot.
