The Contracting Authority intends to conclude the framework contract for the purpose of providing technical and logistical support to activities of the Directorate-General Migration and Home Affairs (DG HOME) and its policies. Activities covered concern technical assistance and logistical support to DG HOME linked to the elaboration and the conception of EU policies mainly, but not exclusively, in the area of home affairs as well as actions to promote and/or disseminate information on EU policies. The actions mainly include organisation of (technical) meetings, working groups, conferences, exhibitions and other types of events as well as complementary services around these activities and the provision of material, and technical equipment.
