II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Statsbygg requests tenders for a framework agreement for clearing of forests and other areas. The contract also includes transportation and deliveries to disposal sites/waste plants. The terrain is often very rugged and manual waste removal must be anticipated. The service will be remunerated in accordance with the time used as well as a rate for removed amounts.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate: foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Financial implementation ability:

The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers must have a secure implementation ability (capacity).

Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided between administration and production.

— date of implementation.
