Contract administration services — ensuring a full lifecycle approach is taken to the Project; from inception through to completion.
Managing contracts administratively and commercially on behalf of St Mungo’s. Management of CDM and O&M files on behalf of client.
Surveying services — covering condition surveys, PPM surveys and building surveys.
