RFI (Market Dialogue) Regarding a Scheduling Tool for Maintenance of Work Orders and Ressources for SAP
Ørsted Bioenergy’s intention with this request for information (RFI) is to engage in a market dialogue with potential suppliers of scheduling tools for workorders in SAP. The purpose of the tool is to provide a graphical overview of the workorders based on SAP data as well as an overview for resources for a specific business function (plant maintenance).
The objective of the market dialogue will be to get a broader knowledge of the potential tools and solutions in the market.
Below, we have listed some of the features, we would like to have included in a scheduling tool:
— dynamic resources overview based on allocated workorders from SAP and preferably on appointments which are not booked through SAP (workcenter and individual level),
— dynamic workorder overview based on corrective and preventive maintenance from SAP,
— possibility for dispatching workorders to individuals by drag and drop functionality with automatic update in SAP,
— possibility for changing execution date for workorders by drag and drop functionality with automatic update in SAP,
— possibility for applying different views depending on specific needs (daily workload plans, weekly plans, monthly plans, etc.
The objective of the market dialogue will be to get a broader knowledge of the potential tools and solutions in the market. Including:
— understand if the market can provide a tool that can deliver solutions, that meets some or all of the requirements listed above,
— what are the experiences with the implementation and usage of such scheduling tools,
— pricing structures around the solutions.
This is not an EU-tender but merely a RFI to search the market for potential suppliers of the environmental reporting system.
