Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Zusätzliche Einrichtungen für die Baustelle des Nachunternehmers für den Leistungsbereich der Kühldecken in der Gastronomie. Die Firma musste auf Grund von Behinderungen im Bereich der Gastronomie (z. B. sehr eingeschränkte Platzverhältnisse) und fehlende Vorleistungen mehrfach die Tätigkeiten auf der Baustelle einstellen und wieder neu einrichten. Um die Vorgaben im Ablauf einhalten zu können war dieses Vorgehen zwingend erforderlich. Die zusätzlichen Ausschnitte und die Anpassungen von erstellten Ausschnitten sind durch nachgereichte Vor- und Angaben zum Deckenspiegel erforderlich.
