Tenders are requested for the development of a planning programme and screening report for the Urban Environment Tunnel.
The planning programme shall describe the planning process and what is to be studied. Through the planning programme, a recommendation will be given for the choice of strategy, as well as clarify what existing knowledge is available and in what areas there is a need for new studies. The planning programme will specify what what will have an environmental impact study in the future planning.
The screening report with route evaluations shall assist in streamlining the planning work by finding the best alternatives, and reducing the number of alternatives to be further investigated. The screen report will be an attachment to the planning programme During the screening process, there will be a participatory process with relevant stakeholders.
