Section II: Object
Running the catering services and providing related services for the Court of Justice of the European Union.
This contract involves the following services:
A — running the catering service of the Court (concession);
B — installing and managing vending and coffee machines (concession);
C — providing catering services on the basis of purchase orders or estimates;
D — providing washing/dry-cleaning services (concession).
Service A: running the catering service of the Court (concession):
the Court shall entrust the contractor with running its executive and staff restaurants, cafeterias and Club lounges throughout the contract term.
Service B: installing and managing vending and coffee machines (concession):
the contractor shall install vending and coffee machines at the Court, which it will manage throughout the contract term.
Service C: providing catering services on the basis of purchase orders or estimates:
the Court shall order catering services as and when required: for banquets, coffee breaks and in-house meetings.
Service D: providing washing and dry-cleaning services (concession):
the Court shall give the contractor a room for running a washing/dry-cleaning facility for its staff.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
the candidate must have the necessary legal capacity to work in the professional activity referred to in the contract (entry on the relevant trade or professional register, social security registration, VAT registration, residence permit, etc.) in accordance with legislation in the state of residence.
Should the contract be awarded to a tenderer residing in a state other than the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, he must, prior to contract signature, demonstrate that he fulfils the conditions for providing the services referred to in this contract in Luxembourg. If these conditions are not fulfilled within the time limit set by the Court of Justice, it may re-examine the award decision, reject the tender concerned and award the contract to another tenderer in accordance with the award criteria.

2 site visits will be organised: on 12.7.2016 (15:00) and on 14.7.2016 (15:00), at the following address: Court of Justice of the European Union, plateau de Kirchberg, rue du Fort Niedergrünewald, L-2925 Luxembourg, LUXEMBOURG. Attendance at 1 of these visits is mandatory. Tenderers must confirm their attendance in writing to the functional mailbox: DL-Achats-Logistique@curia.europa.eu at least 48 hours beforehand. The Court of Justice may schedule additional dates and times, if it deems necessary.
