Modular Buildings 2016 PIN.
NHS SBS wishes to establish a framework agreement of suppliers for the provision of Modular Buildings to the public sector, including but not limited to:
(I) Generic Timber Framed Buildings — Purchase; (II) Generic Timber Framed Buildings — Hire / Lease; (III) Generic Steel Framed Buildings — Purchase; (IV) Generic Steel Framed Buildings — Hire / Lease; (V) Catering — kitchen and restaurant units — Purchase; (VI) Catering — kitchen and restaurant units — Hire / Lease; (VII) Educational — nursery, primary, secondary and further education classroom units — Purchase; (VIII) Educational — nursery, primary, secondary and further education classroom units — Hire / Lease; (IX) Healthcare — consultation, patient accommodation and operating theatre units — Purchase; and (X) Healthcare — consultation, patient accommodation and operating theatre units — Hire / Lease.
NHS SBS will look to divide the procurement into Lots as outlined in II.1.4) Further details of the Lotting structure cannot be provided at this time and is subject to change.
The publication date outlined in II.3) below is an indicative date only and NHS SBS reserves the right to amend this date at any point.

This is a Prior Information Notice and at this stage we are reaching out to the market for further engagement. All value and time-scales are indicative and liable to change. We cannot guarantee to successful suppliers any business through this agreement. Spend and volumes may vary throughout the life of the agreement.
NHS SBS wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for use by the following UK, Isle of Man and Scottish bodies subject to the approval of NHS SBS:
Public sector bodies, including any statutory and other successor organisations to any of the foregoing and in addition any other commissioners, providers and regulators of NHS funded (either in whole or in part) services including practice based commissioning consortia, general practice commissioning consortia, the National Commissioning Board (and all sub national offices including anybody obtaining the National Commissioning Board (and including anybody obtaining new membership to NHS SBS).
