Eligibility:

Participation in all lots of this tender procedure is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons coming within the scope of the treaties (28 EU Member States) and to all natural and legal persons in a third country which has a special agreement with the Union in the field of public procurement on the conditions laid down in that agreement, namely Albania, Chile, Colombia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Honduras, Iceland, Iraq, Liechtenstein, Mexico, Montenegro, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Peru, and Serbia.

Lot 1 is covered by the multilateral Agreement on Government Procurement concluded within the WTO.

Lots 2 and 3 are not covered by the multilateral Agreement on Government Procurement concluded within the WTO.
