The aim of this call for tenders is to award a contract to translate the prediction and forecast of the ionosphere into tangible results and user-devoted metrics. Such results will be achieved through the design and development of an ionospheric prediction service prototype and the start of provision of a service, with early warning and predictions on the ionospheric events.
