Technical secretariat of the group of notified bodies under the Construction Products Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council (CPR)).
The technical secretariat of the group of notified bodies under the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) works in close cooperation with the Commission services, with the chairman of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) group of notified bodies (GNB) and, where relevant, with the administrative secretary of notified bodies approved under any New Approach directive. Its tasks are mainly to assist the chairman of the GNB in his functions, to prepare the Advisory Group meetings, to co-draft technical working papers and to write conclusions and minutes of meetings.
The place of performance of the tasks shall be the contractor's premises or any other place indicated in the tender, with the exception of the Commission's premises.
Service contract for a technical secretariat with an initial maximum duration of 12 months and a maximum amount of 200 000 EUR. The contract may be renewed 3 times for a period of 12 months and a maximum amount of 200 000 EUR for each year, only with the express written agreement of the contracting authority before the payment of the balance.
The period of execution of the tasks specified in the contract may be extended 3 times for a period of 12 months, only with the express written agreement of the contracting authority before the payment of the balance.
The working language of this technical secretariat is English.
A maximum value of 800 000 EUR for the maximum total duration of 4 years.

An authorised representative of each tenderer may attend the opening of the bids. Companies wishing to attend are requested to notify by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours in advance. This notification must be signed by an authorised officer of the tenderer and specify the name of the person who will attend the opening of bids on the tenderer's behalf.
