The Winston Churchill School are seeking to appoint a professional and experienced Property Support Consultancy Service provider who can provide support and assistance across a range of professional services.
The Winston Churchill School are seeking to appoint a professional and experienced Property Support Consultancy Service provider who can provide a responsive service across a number of professional service areas including general support and assistance including but not limited to:
— a helpdesk providing professional advice, support, emergency work response via telephone, email and/or web portal 27/7/365,
— projects support and/or management,
— onsite advice and inspection,
— contractor database,
— statutory testing management,
— summary condition survey of premises major asset items,
— support and bid preparation,
— design and project management of larger projects,
— reliability; involving consistency of performance and dependability,
— responsiveness; readiness to provide services in a timely and efficient manner,
— annual review of service provision.

Candidates will need to provide as part of the request to participate process evidence of business quality standards, accreditations, and relevant experience. Any candidate found to be guilty of serious misrepresentation in proving false or inaccurate information may be declared ineligible and not selected to continue with the process.
Assets must be greater than or equal to liabilities.
Minimum Insurance Levels: 5 000 000 GBP PL and EL and 1 000 000 GBP Professional Indemnity.

The Contracting Authority shall not be under any obligation to accept any tender. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the entire or parts of the tender, without such an action conferring any right to compensation on the Tenderers.
The Contracting Authority has no liability to settle any cost incurred by the tenderer as a result of the tendering procedure.
The Authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar days standstill period at the point that information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months).
